Team Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapist‑owned outpatient clinics across Michigan and beyond. Expect a competitive salary of $78,000–$90,000 a year with monthly bonus potential, plus a wealth of mentorship, CEU opportunities, a residency track, and ownership options for qualified clinicians.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Connect & Treat: Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.


• Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.


• Collaborate: Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.


• Prioritize Care: Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
