Job summary

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned outpatient clinics across the United States. The position offers a competitive salary ($76,000–$90,000 per year) and a collaborative culture focused on patient care.

We provide mentorship, extensive CEU opportunities, and a supportive environment with options for residency, specialty tracks, and potential ownership. A team-first approach and flexible growth paths are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Connect & Treat: Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
• Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.
• Collaborate: Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.
• Prioritize Care: Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
