Job summary

Prime Healthcare Services in Lewiston, Maine is seeking a Physical Therapist I for full-time, days to join a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation team. New graduates are encouraged; experienced PTs welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility, and functional rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Central Maine Medical Centeroffers competitivecompensationand a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40.00 to $50.01per hour.
