Job summary

People Well Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative SNF team in Lakeport, CA. You will help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, function, and independence through individualized, evidence-based care.

Join a supportive rehab environment and contribute to patient outcomes through goal-directed evaluation, targeted therapy, and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active CA Physical Therapist license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the applicable setting preferred; qualified clinicians at varying experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
