Job summary

People Well Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a supportive SNF rehabilitation team in Lakeport, CA. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to carry out individualized treatment plans and help patients progress toward meaningful functional goals.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, providing therapeutic exercise, monitoring progress, educating patients and caregivers, and maintaining accurate documentation within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active CA PTA license in good standing or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer.
• Strong communication, documentation, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
• Experience in the applicable setting preferred.
