Duties:

Work Setting:

Outpatient clinic specializing in Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine and Orthopedics.

Schedule Options:

4x10 or 5x8, Day shift, Monday to Friday, No nights, No weekends.

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona PT license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical Therapy License required
• CPR Certification preferred
