Full-Time Physical Therapist

$38.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are a skilled nursing and rehab facility committed to delivering top-tier care to our residents. We're currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help our patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.

• Conduct evaluations & develop treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy & track progress
• Educate patients & collaborate with care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)

Wisconsin PT license (or ability to obtain)

Skilled nursing/rehab experience is a plus

Strong communication & teamwork skills
