Job summary

A leading outpatient rehabilitation provider in King of Prussia is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver 1:1 patient care in a luxury Senior Living community. The role offers flexibility with a PRN schedule and focuses on evaluating and treating diverse conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates possess an accredited Physical Therapy degree, an active license, and a passion for patient care. Qualifications

• Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Outpatient experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Requirements:
