Job summary

Millennium Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Keystone team in Iowa. The role covers Skilled Nursing and Outpatient settings, with flexible scheduling and a patient-focused approach.

Qualifications include a BS or MS in Physical Therapy and state licensure, with two years of experience preferred. You will supervise staff, participate in clinical programs, and contribute to patient-centered care with strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Physical Therapy with professional licensure in the hiring state.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation.
• Supervise other licensed therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required.

• Engage in clinical program development.

ABOUT US:

Millennium Therapy is looking to add a Full-Time Physical Therapist to our staff in Keystone, IA for the Skilled Nursing and Outpatient settings. Millennium Therapy is a patient focused, therapist owned, and therapist managed company that operates throughout Iowa providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in various settings. The local home office provides quick support to our associates. Our therapy teams succeed through patient tailored treatments, flexible scheduling, and effective communication to meet the individualized goals of each patient.

PAY:

Negotiable - based on experience

HOURS:

30-40 Hours/Week Flexible

PHYSICAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and Professional Licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Utilizes effective time management skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical Therapist provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.
• Supervises other licensed physical therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required. Some programs with two or more physical therapists/assistants may provide additional administrative duties as assigned.
• Participates in the clinical team process.
• Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff.
• Involvement in clinical program development
