Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services in Kentucky is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver individualized rehab services to senior residents. You will plan and implement treatment programs based on clinical findings as part of a coordinated team.

Responsibilities include one-on-one treatment, participation in clinical conferences, and tailoring sessions to each patient to maximize outcomes. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy resulted in licensure in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills are required.
• Computer proficiency is expected for documentation and treatment planning.

Position requirements:

• Degree in area of discipline
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment

Pay Range

USD $40.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr.
