Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice or ability to obtain it prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Plan initial and ongoing treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate patient care.

Position requirements:

• Degree in area of discipline
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
