Therapeutic Associates Fairwood Physical Therapy in Kent, WA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a newly expanded clinic launching a sports performance initiative for student athletes. The role emphasizes orthopedic rehab, clinician mentorship, and a path toward ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license, or anticipated completion of DPT program requirements and licensing examinations within six months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver focused 1:1 patient care and support orthopedics, athlete rehab, and program development.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation per regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners to provide coordinated patient care.

What You Bring

Compensation: Base compensation starts at $85,000 - $100,000+, with a total compensation package of $96,000 - $111,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses may be available.
