Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license, or anticipate completion of DPT and licensing within six months.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care to help patients reach functional goals.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and families on plans, recovery, and prevention.
  • Manage a diverse caseload while upholding clinical quality and patient experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners for coordinated care.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation per standards.

What You Bring

Compensation:

Base compensation starts at $82,000 to $94,000+, with a total compensation package of $93,000 to $105,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses may be available.
