Are you passionate about workplace health and injury prevention? Join Unify Health Services (UHS) as an Industrial Health Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in advancing Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellness for employees.

• Schedule: PRN (as needed), Monday - Friday
• Hours: M-F 6 AM - 5 PM

About the Role:

As an Industrial Health Specialist, you’ll be actively involved in workplace safety, injury prevention, and post-injury rehabilitation. This role focuses on both Prevention Solutions and Post-Injury Solutions, ensuring employees remain healthy, productive, and fit for work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain workplace wellness and safety programs
• Provide job coaching, ergonomic assessments, and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and UHS management to drive effective program outcomes
• Track, analyze, and report program metrics to maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines

Preferred Experience:

• Industrial Setting: Experience working in an industrial environment
• Performing PDAs and FCEs: Ability to conduct Physical Demand Analysis (PDA) and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field with current licensure
• 2+ years of experience in Occupational Health, Industrial Medicine, or Workers' Compensation
