Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one home-based therapy across Texas, including Irving. The role emphasizes family-centered care with flexible scheduling and a focus on pediatric outcomes.

New graduates are welcome and will receive full training and shadowing. Competitive compensation up to $150,000 annually with guaranteed pay options and comprehensive benefits, including PTO and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in an accredited therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric physical therapy sessions in the patient’s home.
• Develop and adjust home therapy plans in collaboration with families.
• Document progress and communicate with clinical team to coordinate care.
