Job summary

Home Services Unlimited provides Medicare-certified home health care in the Indianapolis area and is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to deliver therapy in patients’ homes. The PT will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs, documenting progress and coordinating with caregivers and physicians.
