Job summary

Legacy Healthcare LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a friendly, supportive team. You will design, implement and direct personalized therapy programs to restore function, improve mobility and relieve pain for residents.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality care, safety, and attentive service within Legacy Healthcare’s facilities. A master’s degree in physical therapy and an Iowa PT license are required, with one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Iowa Physical Therapist License required or unencumbered license.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and direct customized physical therapy programs to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent disabilities.
• Ensure residents receive high standard of care in Legacy Healthcare facilities.

As a Physical Therapist you are the backbone of the Therapy Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Legacy Healthcare by designing, implementing and directing customized physical therapy programs that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent permanent physical disabilities of residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a master’s degree in physical therapy and an unencumbered State of Iowa Physical Therapist License. One (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
