Job summary

PREFERRED THERAPY SOLUTIONS CORP. in Illinois is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to lead a clinic focused on clinical excellence and patient experience.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, document care, and ensure HIPAA and ethical compliance while collaborating with physicians and case managers.

Salary starts at $80,000 per year with profits sharing, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advanced certifications; 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday in clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist curriculum; MPT or DPT degree.
• Proof of licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with energetic and team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Focused on providing superior clinical outcomes and rewarding experiences for our patients.
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and other pertinent patient interactions.
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding PHI.
• Adhere to Code of Ethics and Compliance program.
• Communicate, in a timely manner, with other professionals including physicians, case managers, etc. to provide status updates on patient’s plan of care and progress.
• Perform annual reviews of all staff members.
• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs.
• Expectations for this role are 40 hours per week and 5 days per week in the clinic itself.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
• Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations
• Maintaining a positive attitude and build a fun, welcoming environment
• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist curriculum; MPT or DPT degree
• Proof of licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• An entrepreneurial spirit with energetic and team-player attitude

Preferred Qualifications, but not required:

• 1+ years of outpatient PT leadership/supervision experience
• Sports Medicine experience
• Orthopedic experience
• Dry Needling certification
