Job summary

Millennium Therapy in Hubbard, IA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing team. You will assess residents, develop care plans, provide direct treatment, and collaborate with a clinical team to meet individual rehabilitation goals.

The role includes supervising staff, with a therapist-owned culture emphasizing flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation ranges from $35–$45 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor or Master of Science in Physical Therapy and licensure in the hiring state.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents, develop care plans, and provide direct physical therapy treatment.
• Supervise other licensed PTs, assistants, and students as required.
• Participate in the clinical team process and care coordination.
• Provide teaching and training to caregiver staff.
• Contribute to clinical program development and quality improvement.

Millennium Therapy is looking to add a Full-Time Physical Therapist to our staff in Hubbard, IA for the Skilled Nursing setting. Millennium Therapy is a patient focused, therapist owned, and therapist managed company that operates throughout Iowa providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in various settings. The local home office provides quick support to our associates. Our therapy teams succeed through patient tailored treatments, flexible scheduling, and effective communication to meet the individualized goals of each patient.

Pay

$35 - $45 Negotiable - based on experience

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and Professional Licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Utilizes effective time management skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Physical Therapist Requirements

• Physical Therapist provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.
• Supervises other licensed physical therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required. Some programs with two or more physical therapists/assistants may provide additional administrative duties as assigned.
• Participates in the clinical team process.
• Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff.
• Involvement in clinical program development
