Platinum Physical Therapy is hiring for a physical therapist job in Hopkinton, MA, and we are looking for a clinician who wants to spend real time with patients. Where the Boston Marathon Begins

Our Hopkinton clinic sits 1.5 miles from the start of the Boston Marathon, right off 495, which makes it easy for patients to reach. We believe in carrying the spirit of the Marathon into everyone's physical therapy needs, with patients achieving their goals through collaboration, goal setting, and investment in themselves. The people you will treat range from youth athletes recovering from sports injuries to adults managing the orthopedic concerns that come with aging, and the Hopkinton community tends to be an active one.

We also like to educate the local community about the role physical therapy can play in their healthcare. For you, that means one or two local marketing events each year, a chance to meet your neighbors outside the treatment room and talk about what physical therapy can do for them. It is a natural extension of the educating you will already be doing with patients during their sessions.

A Clinic Designed for Collaborative, Individualized Care

The Hopkinton clinic is set up to support the way we treat. You will have access to a large open gym plus two private treatment rooms, giving therapists room to work alongside one another without feeling overcrowded. The site is also home to our Alter-G Anti-Gravity treadmill, which we use for running-related injuries as well as post-operative and post-fracture injury management.

Our team is anchored in integrity, honesty, and a sense of community, and we ask each therapist to bring a willingness to learn and lead by example. You will manage your own schedule by communicating with the front desk, and you will complete your documentation and chart review within and outside of patient treatment hours. Compensation:

• $80,000 to $95,000 per year

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Implement and carry out physical therapy plans of care in one-on-one 40-minute evaluation and treatment sessions
• Manage your own schedule through communication with the front desk
• Engage with the local community through 1–2 local marketing events per year
• Complete necessary documentation and chart review within and outside of patient treatment hours

• Maintain a clean and organized clinic for patient care
