Job summary

Marathon Physical Therapy is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team in Canton and other MA locations. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and guide recovery to optimize performance.

We offer a starting salary of $80,000+ with flexible schedule (days/evenings), opportunities for mentorship through an accredited residency program, and benefits including health, dental, 401k, PTO, and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Massachusetts PT license and current CPR certification.
• EMR proficiency and strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, including evaluations, customized treatment plans, and ongoing progress assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate promptly with referring physicians.
• Engage in educational programs and participate in community events.

Role Overview:

As a Physical Therapist at Marathon PT, you will assess and develop individualized care plans to help patients recover and achieve optimal performance.
