Job summary

Marathon Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a privately owned practice with locations including Canton, Dedham, Easton, and others in Massachusetts. The role offers a starting compensation of $80,000+ with flexible daytime/evening hours.

You will assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and advance their recovery and performance under mentorship and residency opportunities. Travel between multiple clinic sites may be required.

Qualifications

• PT degree (MS/ DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active MA PT license and current CPR.
• Proficient in EMR systems.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care including evaluations, customized treatment plans, and ongoing progress assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate promptly with referring physicians.
• Engage in educational programs and participate in community events.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and corporate policies.

Role Overview:

As a Physical Therapist at Marathon PT, you will assess and develop individualized care plans to help patients recover and achieve optimal performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
