Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a patient-centered, concierge care setting and brings a deep understanding of musculoskeletal health, manual therapy, and functional movement. You will perform in-depth evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and help patients return to work, sport, and daily life without pain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic and neuromuscular evaluations, including range of motion, movement pattern analysis, and functional testing
• Develop and implement customized care plans based on patient goals, functional outcomes, and current research
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy, spinal/joint mobilizations, advanced dry needling, BFR, and neuromuscular reeducation
• Provide patient education on healing timelines, self-care, injury prevention, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with massage therapists and support staff for integrated care
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in EMR with Medicare-compliant SOAP notes and CPT code optimization
• Communicate proactively with patients through our app-based platform and ensure exceptional follow-through
• Contribute to marketing, workshops, and community education as part of clinic growth and outreach

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in North Carolina
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (or strong manual therapy background) is a plus
• Certified in Dry Needling (or eligible)
• Strong skills in patient communication, functional assessment, and performance-based rehab
• Comfortable working independently in a private-pay/hybrid insurance model
• Passion for lifelong learning, evidence-based care, and holistic, movement-centered therapy
