Qualifications

• NJ Physical Therapist License Required.
• New grads and experienced therapists welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• EMR experience (WebPT is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients and develop individualized rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care.
• Maintain communication with chiropractors, acupuncturists, occupational therapists, and other providers.
• Complete notes thoroughly and timely to support coordinated care.
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges and improve clinic operations.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives.

What Our Therapists Do

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans
• Deliver exceptional evidence‑based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations
• Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers to ensure quality patient care
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to maintain collaborative care across disciplines
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes
