Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000

Total Compensation: $95,000–$120,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

New for 2026: Eligible PTs may also choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.
