Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy in Billerica, MA seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist. This full-time role offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 with total compensation up to $120,000, depending on certifications, experience, bonuses and performance incentives.

New for 2026, eligible PTs may choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years. New grads welcomed as part of a strong mentorship and development program.

• DPT degree from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

What You Bring
