Job summary

PRO-PT Fresno West is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Fresno, CA. We support growth through mentorship, collaboration, and ongoing education, including a $1,000 annual CE allowance and an orthopedic residency program with no salary reduction.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000–$115,000 per year, a sign-on bonus up to $30,000, and performance-based incentives. Enjoy flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits as part of a Second-to-None patient care

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California Physical Therapist license (or pending)
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or ability to obtain before patient care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based care that gets results
• Track patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and referring providers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
