Job summary

Providence is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient neuro care at Gresham Square in Oregon. The role is full-time with a day schedule, focusing on evaluating and treating patients across a broad range of conditions to restore function and independence.

Applicants must hold a PT degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T.) and Oregon licensure on hire, with potential for professional growth in a collaborative hospital-based setting within the Providence network.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a D.P.T. is required or preferred.
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and needs.
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
  • Provide professional consultations to maximize patient independence and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the care team to support function and safety in the outpatient setting.

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Neuro at Providence Gresham Square- Full-Time, Day Schedule

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions of payment.

The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or

  • Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or

  • D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

  • Coursework/Training: Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need

  • Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License

  • License in states wherever care is delivered

  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  • Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need
