Qualifications

• Proven experience in physical therapy across inpatient, outpatient, hospital, or home health settings.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, neurology, geriatrics, pediatrics.
• Discharge planning and tailored treatment plans.
• Experience with outpatient clinics and rehabilitation centers.
• Excellent teamwork and interdisciplinary communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including trigger point therapy, mobility exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals—such as physicians, nurses, occupational therapists to coordinate patient care and discharge planning effectively.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with medical terminology standards and electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes while ensuring adherence to clinical documentation standards.
• Support patients during home health visits or outpatient rehabilitation sessions by providing compassionate care that promotes independence and recovery.

Skills

• Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within inpatient, outpatient, hospital, or home health settings.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, neurology, geriatrics, pediatrics, and related medical terminology.
• Skilled in discharge planning and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic experience and outpatient rehabilitation center operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes through interdisciplinary communication.
• Proficiency managing clinical documentation standards using EMR or EHR systems for accurate record keeping.
• Excellent client communication skills to educate patients on treatment procedures and promote active participation in their recovery process.
