Job summary

Select Medical in Glendora, CA is seeking a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients at our 750 W. Route 66 center. You will document care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and mobility.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility in California.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $87K-$105K/year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
