Select Physical Therapy in Pasadena, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide expert outpatient care across ortho, vestibular, concussion, and sports medicine. The role features 1:1 mentorship for new grads, flexible Monday–Friday scheduling, and opportunities to advance clinically with a national leader in outpatient PT.

Compensation ranges from $87K to $99K per year, with NPTE prep support and a $20,000 sign-on bonus plus monthly student loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required training and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain communication with patients, families, physicians and payors.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.
