Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in North Glendale is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient care at our Glendale clinic. You will treat orthopedic, vestibular, concussion, sports medicine, and industrial injuries in a supportive, collaborative environment.

We offer mentorship, an extensive CEU program, generous PTO, medical plans, 401(k) with match, and student loan repayment assistance. Compensation is $90K-$100K/year with a $20K sign-on and relocation options; scheduling is flexible

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed.
• Complete and maintain required training and compliance with regulations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts

Compensation: $90K-$100K/year (based on experience)
