Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join our outpatient team. You will evaluate and treat patients, document care, and participate in center meetings as directed.

This salaried position starts at $80,000+ depending on experience and includes a bonus program and student loan repayment incentives, along with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 6320A W. Union HIlls Dr, Ste 265. Glendale, AZ 85308

Incentives: $20,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday at least 2 days until 6 pm

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
