Physical Therapy Solutions in the greater Richmond area is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist with a strong orthopedic focus to join our team across our Richmond, Glen Allen, and Mechanicsville locations. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a supportive team.

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000–$100,000, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, mentorship, and an excellent benefits package including 401k, holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• New graduates are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and create a comprehensive program to attain goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment programs and provide essential physical therapy treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies.
