ARC Physical Therapy + is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Missouri. You will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress in line with established protocols.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and insurers, mentoring support staff, and delivering high-quality care to a lower-volume patient base. Competitive incentives and continuing education support are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, database software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review referrals and patient records to determine required physical therapy.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians providing patient care.
• Create a written plan of care with goals based on evaluation findings.
• Implement treatment programs and provide essential physical therapy treatments.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation: daily notes, weekly reports, progress notes, re-evaluations, discharge summaries, incident reports.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy +. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results


• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required


• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines


• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers


• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians


• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals


• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments


• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies


• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
