ARC Physical Therapy + is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Missouri team. You will assess patients, create tailored treatment plans, and document progress for ongoing care. Collaboration with physicians and insurers ensures seamless patient outcomes.

You will provide direct care following established guidelines, supervise support staff, and build comprehensive plans to reach goals, while maintaining timely records and communications with care teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Review referrals and patient records to determine required therapy.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Develop and implement a plan of care with goals.
• Deliver physical therapy treatments per program.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including notes and reports.

Job description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy +. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results


• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required


• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines


• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers


• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians


• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals


• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments


• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies


• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.


• Current state of Missouri license and CPR certification


• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment


• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
