We are seeking a dedicated per diem Physical Therapist to join our team in a supportive, energetic, and patient-focused setting.
The Physical Therapist (PT) provides evaluation and therapy services, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transition of care, in an efficient, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive manner upon licensed independent practitioner referral.
The pay range for this position is $42.79 - $64.20. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
