Job summary

BrightStar Care of Gainesville is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home, one-on-one therapy services in Gainesville and surrounding areas. The role offers flexibility and autonomy with a meaningful impact on patients’ mobility and independence.

Qualified candidates hold an active Florida PT license, have completed an accredited PT program, and maintain CPR certification. Home health experience and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation are preferred to serve

Qualifications

• Active Florida PT license is required.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home physical therapy services
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Assist with mobility training, strengthening, and rehabilitation exercises
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Document care and communicate with care team

What You’ll Do

• Provide personalized 1:1 in-home physical therapy services
• Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, and functional abilities

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What You Need
