Job summary

BrightStar Care in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy across Manatee County and North Sarasota. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress during visits.

You’ll enjoy flexible hours, autonomy, and a supportive team, with one-on-one patient care and scheduling that fits your life. Requirements: 1 year of PT experience, Florida PT license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid Florida PT license and CPR.
• Ability to evaluate, prepare treatment plans and follow doctors' orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy across Manatee County and North Sarasota.
• Assess patients, develop and monitor treatment plans during visits.
• Collaborate with a care team to support day-to-day home visits.
