Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Gainesville, VA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to lead and grow our outpatient clinic.

You will oversee clinical care for orthopedic, neurological, vestibular and balance patients, deliver 1-on-1 treatment, and mentor a clinical team while collaborating with national resources.

Competitive salary range of $89,000-$115,000 per year plus monthly performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits; Monday–Friday schedule options.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (or license-eligible).
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients.
• Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leader.
• Recent PT graduates encouraged to consider clinical growth paths.
