Your Role as a Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist at iMotion, you'll be the cornerstone of patient care, supported by our entire organization. You'll focus on one-on-one patient treatment sessions, with dedicated time for documentation and reasonable patient loads to prevent burnout.

You'll report directly to the Clinical Director, receiving strong leadership support while maintaining clinical autonomy. You will also supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides, and mentor students, shaping the next generation of physical therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis and Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose conditions.
• Treatment Planning: Design and implement customized treatment plans.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Monitoring and Adaptation: Regularly monitor patient progress, adapting treatments to evolving needs.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide assistants, aides, and students, contributing to their growth.
• Innovation: Actively contribute to the enhancement of our therapy programs and practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive and flexible compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, tailored to your experience and needs. We're open to discussing various structures, including base salary, bonuses, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Spanish, Tagalog, or Chinese language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
• Licensing: Valid Physical Therapist License for California. PTLA status is also accepted.
• Education: Degree from an accredited physical therapy program. New graduates are welcome!
• Specialized Skills: Comfortable with or open to treating patients with manual therapy.
