Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in New Mexico is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. The role focuses on improving physical function, independence, and discharge planning through individualized treatment plans.

You will educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with care teams, and advocate for patient needs while adhering to regulatory guidelines and using EPIC for charting.

Qualifications

• Less than one year experience in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy Preferred.

• Educate patients and caregivers and connect them with support resources.
• Collaborate with care teams and advocate for patient needs.
• Provide age-appropriate care and follow applicable regulations.

• Settings may include inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based care, and home health.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
