Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation - Outpatient in Fort Worth, TX seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to treat active adults with orthopedic and higher-level balance conditions in a multi-disciplinary clinic offering PT, OT, and ST.

The role requires current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility, and a BLS certification or completion within the first 90 days. Clinic hours are Mon-Thu 7 AM–6 PM and Fri 7 AM–1 PM, with shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Manage a case load of approximately 10–12 patients per day.
• Document accurately using Therapy Source.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports.
• Ensure orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed.

BSW Fort Worth Bryant Irvin is seeking a full time Physical Therapist with a passion for treating active adults with a variety of orthopedic conditions and higher level balance conditions. Our multi-disciplinary clinic offers PT, OT, and ST in an environment that encourages teamwork and clinician development. The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player with initiative and excellent communication skills, strong manual skills, and a desire to learn. New Grads are encouraged to apply. Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 7 AM – 6 PM and Friday 7 AM – 1 PM, with early or late shifts required
