Medical City Fort Worth is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence after illness, injury, or surgery. You will assess patient needs, create personalized plans, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to achieve meaningful goals and excellent outcomes.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, mentor therapy assistants, and contribute to a supportive, high-quality rehabilitation program that emphasizes compassionate

Qualifications

• BCLS certification required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (LPT) is required.
• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in PT.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and care teams.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans, and document outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safe practices to promote independence.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth recovery transitions.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students and uphold HCA Healthcare values.

Your role will include:

• Evaluating patient abilities and developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
