Job summary

HCA Healthcare in Plano is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence after illness, injury, or surgery. You’ll work with physicians and the care team to create personalized therapy plans focused on meaningful goals and outcomes.

You will collaborate across disciplines, mentor interns, and contribute to a patient-centered environment that emphasizes excellence, compassion, and integrity in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT).
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient abilities and developing personalized treatment plans with physicians and care team.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions that restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitoring progress, refining plans, and documenting outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educating patients and families on exercise programs and safe practices for independence.
• Mentoring therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare values.

Job Summary And Qualifications

As a Physical Therapist, you play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, restore mobility, and rebuild confidence following illness, injury, or surgery. Your role will include:

• Evaluating patient abilities and developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
