You’ll set your own hours and Luna matches you to nearby patients, typically within a 30-minute drive, with efficient 3–5 minute documentation via the Luna app. Pay is per visit, with opportunities to increase earnings by adding visits; flexible scheduling emphasizes your preferred hours.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license required.
• CPR/BLS certification current and valid.
• Reliable transportation to patients' homes.
• Liability insurance for professional practice.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
