Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home outpatient care. You will schedule your own availability and see patients within a short travel radius, delivering care according to each plan of care.

You will document quickly in-app, maintain safety standards, and earn per-visit pay with opportunities to increase earnings by adding visits.

Qualifications

• Active PA PT license required.
• Reliable transportation and liability insurance required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

• Complete documentation in 3–5 minutes using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).

• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
