Job summary

Luna is seeking physical therapists to provide in-home outpatient care across Pennsylvania. You’ll set your own schedule and be matched with nearby patients, typically within a short drive, delivering care per the defined plan of care.

Use the Luna app to document visits in minutes, with per-visit pay and potential for more earnings through additional visits. A license in PA, valid CPR/BLS, and liability insurance are required.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
