Are you an experienced Physical Therapist seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact? At F.I.T. PT, we specialize in providing high-quality Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services directly in patients' homes across Palm Beach and Broward Counties.

We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our team and deliver exceptional care within their chosen travel area(s).

Open Positions:

• Part-Time/PRN/Full-Time: Flexible 1099 Independent Contractor roles in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. You can see as many or as little patients as your schedule allows for.
• Full-Time W-2: Available in Palm Beach County with optional health benefits.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations according to APTA and state standards.
• Develop and implement personalized Plans of Care based on patient assessments.
• Set and track realistic, attainable goals for improving mobility, strength, and function.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Document progress and communicate updates with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Plan for ongoing patient care after completing the Plan of Treatment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Expertise in a wide range of Physical Therapy techniques and practices.
• Strong knowledge of kinesiology, biomechanics, posture, and gait mechanics.
• Compassionate approach and ability to motivate patients safely and effectively.

Requirements

• CPR Certification.
• Expected hours: Allows for flexibility to schedule as many or as little as you would like. We request a minimum of 6 sessions per week with the flexibility to schedule up to 30 sessions per week. Choose your own hours.
