Job summary

Lever, Inc. is opening a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in North Miami Beach, Florida, and seeks a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join the founding clinical team. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation.

This is an opportunity to help establish clinic processes, mentor new graduates, and grow with the practice as it expands; a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive salary, PTO, 401k, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Florida license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services.
• Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and functional mobility conditions.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, and other interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, plan, home program, injury prevention, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Contribute to clinic processes, workflows, and standards as the practice grows.
• Support a positive, collaborative clinic environment.

We are opening a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in North Miami Beach, Florida, and are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our founding clinical team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist to help build a new clinic from the ground up, establish a strong patient-centered culture, and grow professionally as the practice expands.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
